Our delivery charges are set out as a £30.00 set fee (Limited to five 4m wide cuts/ four 5m wide cuts)
If you decide to have your carpets or flooring fitted by us, a free delivery service will be offered, a quote for fitting will be made before we deliver your carpets or flooring. This will be paid on the day of fitting. A fitting date will be arranged by e-mail or phone.
Please note that fitting services and deliveries are only available to addresses within Cornwall.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate including your postcode. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence.
In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 10-14 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
Please provide us with safe access to your address at which you will take delivery or to be fitted. We undertake a social distancing policy to protect all our customers during this time.
If you choose to use your own courier, and collect from our stores then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been taken away from our store.
Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 days to cancel a purchase as set out in the consumer rights
act 2015. This however does NOT apply to any materials cut to spec at the
request of the customer. This includes any floor coverings cut from rolls.
Orders for materials cut to spec take take 24 hours to process and can be cancelled in that time and a full refund will be given.
If you have received any goods (non spec items) before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. A cancellation charge of £50.00 will be made for this admin return. We shall then refund you the difference within 7 days.
If carpets or flooring delivered are faulty in any way, photo evidence sent by E-mail will be helpful to find a solution, if a fitting fault, please contact us and we will be able to help you. In some cases an independent inspector can be arranged to provide a second opinion. Manufacturers can also help us support customers to resolve any issues.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to process your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we shall be helpful as possible to resolve of a similar item that you are looking for.
We only deliver in Cornwall at present
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
